Tim England has been involved in Instant Replay since it was first introduced in college football. He was hired by the Mountain West Conference in 2005 as a Replay Technician, and was moved to Replay Communicator in 2007. In 2011, he was hired by the Big 12 Conference as a Replay Communicator. He also has over 15 years of experience on the field working High School, Junior College, and D-III in Utah, Iowa, and California, working as BJ, SJ, FJ, and Referee. He has worked the 2005 Hawaii Bowl, the 2011 Hawaii Bowl, the 2012 Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl, and the 2014 Rose Bowl. He lives in South Jordan with his wife, Jennifer, and his three kids, Noah, Mason, and Mary. He works for the American Conservation Experience, a non-profit organization that provides a range of voluntary service programs, as their National Director of Technology.
