Scott Teifer has been with the Stars & Stripes Academy for several years as an instructor and as an on-field observer. Scott has worked 15 post seasons Bowl Games. He currently lives in Las Vegas, NV and is retired from the Carpenter’s Union. He officiates high school level sports to keep busy.
