On-Site Evaluators
This specific role is new for 2016. People have done it in the past, it just hasn't been clearly defined. The role of the on-site evaluators is to give detailed feedback to the officials immediately after coming off the field from a game. Since the other evaluators are traveling back and forth between game sites and may not have time to deliver feedback, the on-site evaluator should collect notes from the other evaluators to share with the officials. On-site evaluators are assigned to a specific game site and spend the entire day there, ensuring each member of each crew gets specific, detailed feedback and instruction.
