Roscoe Meisenheimer

Roscoe was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois but calls Las Vegas, Nevada home with his wife. When not working football, Roscoe is a Service Manager for a pest control company in Las Vegas. Roscoe was hired to the Mountain West Conference in 2011 and in 2013 was added to the Pac-12 Conference staff as an Umpire. Roscoe explains football officiating has opened many doors to him so he tries to pay it forward in as many ways possible to mentor officials and promote the extremely rewarding avocation.
