Matt Mills

Matt started officiating in 1989 at the high school level. He began officiating at the collegiate level in 2004. In 2008 he joined the Western Collegiate Football Officials Association (FCS) and the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (D-II). He worked in the Mountain West Conference from 2010 to 2013.  In 2014, Matt was hired by the Big 12 conference where he continues to work as a Field Judge. Matt was privileged to work many postseason assignments, with the most recent being the 2019 Belk Bowl.  Matt is a Project Manager for a manufacturing company and lives in Kaysville, Utah with his wife, Jodi and together they have two children.
